01Company Background
AquaFunded is the name under which Aqua Funded FZCO publishes its offer; the home page gives IFZA Business Park, DDP, Premises No. 35882-001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates as its address. The rules sit on four official surfaces: the main site with its forex calculator, a futures page with its own calculator, a crypto subdomain and a help center, all read on 2026-09-27.
The About page lists Forex, Crypto and Futures, and the firm states funding of up to $400K on forex and $450K on futures before scaling. The scaling plan adds 25% of the starting balance for each 12% profit made within a 3-month period, up to $4,000,000. The same page lists Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers with balance increases of 25%, 50% and 75%, and Silver and Gold add monthly salaries of $1,000 and $3,000. AquaFunded and Aqua Futures are listed separately on this site.
02Challenge Types & Pricing
Start with whether you want an evaluation at all. Forex Instant Funding is funded on purchase in three versions. Standard has a 5% trailing drawdown that moves up at the 00:00 UTC daily reset and a 3% daily loss; Pro widens the trailing drawdown to 6% of the highest equity; Flex narrows it to 4% with a 2% daily loss and no consistency rule. All three pay a 90% split; Standard and Pro start at $2,500 and Flex at $5,000.
Two smaller entries sit outside the price table. Try Aqua is a $5,000 funded account for $10, one per user, which expires 30 days after the first trade and closes once $100 has been withdrawn. Pay Later takes $5 to start at any size from $2,500 to $400,000, then runs a one-step evaluation with a 3% profit target, no minimum trading days and a 5% trailing drawdown; the remaining fee is billed after passing.
The paid evaluations differ mostly in how the drawdown behaves. One-Step Standard asks 9% with a 6% drawdown trailing the highest balance or equity and at least 3 trading days of 0.5% profit. One-Step Flex asks 10% with a static 12% drawdown (10% for accounts bought before Aug 31, 2026). The Two-Step family shares a 5% second phase: Standard is 8% then 5% with a static 8% drawdown, Pro is 10% then 5% with a 10% trailing drawdown and no minimum days, and Elite is 8% then 5% with a static 10% drawdown and a 4% daily limit, sold up to $100,000.
On futures, Instant is funded on purchase from $25,000 to $150,000, and four one-phase evaluations share targets of $3,000, $6,000 and $9,000 on $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000. Standard has no consistency rule to pass, Flex asks 50%, DLL asks 50% and drops the daily loss limit, and Daily asks 40% and pays daily once funded. Crypto offers Instant Funding and a One Step evaluation (10% target, 6% drawdown, 3% daily loss) from $5,000 to $100,000.
03Trading Rules Analysis
Evaluation phases on forex trade at 1:100 on forex pairs, 1:20 on indices and commodities and 1:2 on crypto; funded and Instant accounts trade at 1:50, 1:10, 1:10 and 1:2, and the crypto accounts state up to 1:5. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. The price-table plans have no time limit, but one trade is needed in any 30-day period or the account is breached.
Several plans add a floating-loss rule. On a funded Instant Standard account, a floating loss of 1% of the starting balance cuts the split to 50%, then 25%, and a third violation breaches the account; funded One-Step Flex applies the same steps through its WaveStop rule at a floating loss of 1% of the balance. Instant Pro closes the account at 2% of the starting balance (1% on the $300,000 and $400,000 sizes), Instant Flex and Pay Later at 1%, and Try Aqua at 2%.
News trading is allowed on accounts opened after Apr 27, 2026, with profit from trades within 5 minutes of high-impact news capped at 0.5% of the starting balance per payout cycle and no breach for the excess. EAs are allowed for your own strategy, copiers for your own AquaFunded accounts, and overnight and weekend holding is unrestricted, with swap fees. The prohibited list covers exploiting platform or data-feed errors, tick scalping, HFT and arbitrage, copy trading between different traders or shared-device mirrored trading, and hedging across accounts; hedging inside one account is allowed. One trade may not use more than 80% of the available margin, and trades held under 2 minutes may be classified as tick scalping.
Futures limits are set per size: Instant carries end-of-day drawdowns of $1,500 to $4,500 and 1, 4, 8 or 12 contracts, and the evaluations allow 4, 8 and 12 contracts on $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000.
04Payout Process
On forex, a request needs a balance above the starting balance, no rule violation and every trade and pending order closed. Any amount from $100 upward can be requested. The rewards article describes a 14-day cycle, and the qualifying days before a request are 5 trading days of 0.5% profit on Instant Standard, Instant Pro and funded Pay Later, 7 on Instant Flex and 3 on funded One-Step and Two-Step accounts. From $100K, the first two requests are capped at $10,000 each; Instant Flex pays at most 5% of the starting balance per cycle.
Payouts of $500 or more can be processed through Rise (bank transfer, crypto, local methods), and crypto payouts (USDC and other stablecoins) are available for amounts under $5,000. A 3% processing fee is deducted, and AquaFunded commits to process an approved payout within 24 business hours or add $1,000.
Consistency rules hold a payout rather than breach the account: a best day under 15% of the period's profit on Instant Standard and funded Pay Later, 20% on Instant Pro for accounts bought from Sep 8, 2026, shown as a limited-time rule (15% on earlier accounts), at most 15% on Try Aqua and 50% on funded Two-Step Pro (25% before Aug 31, 2026). Instant Flex has none.
Futures pay differently. Instant and One Step Standard pay on demand from $500; Instant needs a payout target ($1,500 then $1,000 on $25,000) and a 20% consistency rule, and funded Standard a 40% rule. Flex and DLL ask 5 and 6 winning days, let a request take up to 50% of profit and have no consistency rule once funded. Daily pays every day, up to $1,100, $2,200 or $3,300 by size. Crypto states bi-weekly rewards and a split of up to 100%.
05True Cost Analysis
List prices of the price-table plans are one-time payments per account size, the same on the four platforms. On forex, Instant Standard is $30.67 for $2,500 and $278.67 for $50,000; One-Step Standard is $53.60 for $5,000 and $421.60 for $100,000; Two-Step Pro is $20 and $279.20 for the same sizes. On futures, the $50,000 plans cost $453.34 (Instant), $160 (Standard), $131 (Flex), $172 (DLL) and $113 (Daily).
Pay Later charges $5 at every size and bills the remaining fee after passing; Try Aqua costs $10. The futures One Step Standard card shows a $0 activation fee. The help center states that a new account is purchased to continue after a closed account.
The evaluation fee is refunded with the fourth payout unless the account is hard-breached first, and no refund is given once the credentials have been emailed. Other money flows are the 3% payout fee, swap fees on overnight positions and optional checkout add-ons (prices not published): a lifetime 100% split (not listed for Instant Flex), rewards every 7 days on non-Instant models, and rewards on demand on Instant models.
06Who Should Use AquaFunded?
Funded-on-purchase buyers have several routes: three forex Instant plans, a futures Instant account from $25,000, a crypto Instant account from $5,000, and the $10 Try Aqua account. Those who prefer to pay little upfront can use Pay Later at $5.
Evaluation buyers can choose by drawdown behavior: static on One-Step Flex (12%), Two-Step Standard (8%) and Two-Step Elite (10%), trailing on One-Step Standard and Two-Step Pro. On futures, DLL has no daily loss limit and Futures Daily is the plan with a daily payout cadence. EA and copier users on their own accounts are covered by the forex rules; copy trading between different traders is not.
Location matters. The restricted list names fifteen countries plus Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk, and nine others (Thailand, Brazil, Bulgaria, Japan, Jordan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines) can use Instant Funding models only, up to $50K funded per trader. The United States does not appear on the list in the official article.
