01Company Background
E8 describes itself as a SimFi (Simulated Finance) platform: traders use simulated capital, pay a one-time fee, trade under real-market conditions and qualify for payouts based on validated performance data. The site names E8 Funding LLC as a technology and education company that provides access to accounts in a simulated environment for educational use, and E8 Markets Ltd as the operator of the MetaTrader 5 platform. The firm states that it has processed more than $79 million in payouts since 2021, a largest single payout of over $216,000 and a Discord community of more than 41,000 traders; these are the firm's own figures. Identity verification (KYC) is completed before the challenge starts, and a free E8 trial account is also offered.
02Challenge Types & Pricing
E8 One is a one-phase challenge: profit target 9% (1.5 times the drawdown), dynamic drawdown 6% and daily drawdown about 4%, with a minimum of 1 trading day and no deadline. On a funded account the rules are the same drawdown and daily limits with a 40% consistency rule. The configurator lets the trader choose the drawdown (4%, 6%, 8%, 10% or 14%) and the payout share (80%, 90% or 100%); the list prices below are for the default choice of a 6% drawdown and an 80% payout share.
E8 Pro: static drawdown 8% (options 6%, 8%, 10%), daily drawdown 2.5%, profit target 8%, payout share 80% or 100%. The firm presents it as the program with daily payouts, a static drawdown and no payout caps.
E8 Signature: profit target 6%, end-of-day drawdown 4% (3% on the $100,000 and $150,000 accounts), 1 trading day, payout share 80%, consistency rule 35% on the funded account and a 2% daily drawdown on the funded stage. The firm presents it as the cheapest option, with softer rules.
The same E8 One and E8 Pro programs are offered on the Perpetual tab, traded on the E8 Terminal. The firm's configuration also lists futures programs on Tradovate and a free trial; they are not detailed in the figures here.
