03Trading Rules Analysis
News trading is allowed on every program. Forex positions can be held overnight and over the weekend, and a stop loss is not required on any account; futures positions cannot be held overnight or over the weekend. Forex runs on MetaTrader 5 (not available to United States traders), TradeLocker and Match-Trader, with leverage of 1:50 in the Flex evaluation and 1:30 on funded and Instant accounts; futures run on WealthCharts. Forex commission is $4 per standard lot on forex pairs only and swap fees are removed. Each trade must stay open at least 30 seconds. Copy trading is allowed from personal accounts tied to the account holder, not between FTUK accounts. Martingale, tick scalping, arbitrage strategies, grid trading and high-frequency trading are not allowed, and trading bots are not allowed on the futures programs.
04Payout Process
Payouts are on demand once the payout rules are met. On the forex programs a consistency rule applies to the best trading day against the profit requested (20% at level 1, up to 40%); on Flex Futures the funded stage has a 40% consistency rule and 5 winning days. Instant Sim Funding needs the 6% payout target, 5 winning days with a minimum profit by size, a 20% consistency score, a buffer left in the account and a gross request between $500 and $1,000 to $3,000 by size; from the second approved payout, new realised profit of at least 50% of the request is needed, and the split is 90%. Requests are approved within 24-48 working hours after review and funds reach the wallet within 1-3 working days. Payouts go through RiseWorks in USD or in USDT (TRC20) or USDC (ERC-20). Identity verification is completed when a payout is requested.
