Quick Summary
FundedSquad splits its offer into four Instant accounts, funded on purchase, and four evaluations (1 Step, 1 Step Pro, 2 Step Fast, 2 Step Squad) with no time limit. Each fee is paid once, from $69 for a $2,500 Instant Lite or Instant Flex account up to $2,399, and it is the same on MT5, Match Trader and cTrader. Payout requests are reviewed within 24 to 72 business hours and paid within 12 hours of approval. The official pages checked on 2026-09-27 allow one trader up to $400K of Instant funding plus $400K of challenge funding, $800K in total.
01Company Background
FundedSquad is the name used on fundedsquad.com, a site owned and operated by Devionics Technology FZCO. The company is registered at Office No. 001, DDO IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under License No. 46706.
The About page states that all accounts provided by FundedSquad are demo accounts operating exclusively within a simulated trading environment, and that the company does not act as a broker, custodian, financial intermediary, investment adviser or deposit-taking institution.
Traders deal with a help center on intercom.help that carries one article per model, a Live Chat channel used for requests such as a Retry account, and Veriff for identity checks.
02Challenge Types & Pricing
The four Instant plans have no evaluation and no profit target. Instant Lite covers $2,500 to $200,000 with a 6% trailing drawdown that rises with equity until it reaches the initial balance and then stays fixed, a 3% daily limit, 1:50 forex leverage and an 80% split. Instant Pro covers $2,500 to $100,000 with a 6% static drawdown, 1:20 leverage and a 70% split. Instant Flex covers $2,500 to $200,000 with a 5% static drawdown, 1:50 leverage and a 70% split. Instant Rapid is the small-account plan: $2,500 to $20,000, a 5% trailing drawdown that also locks at the initial balance, 1:20 leverage, a 75% split and a 35-day trading period.
The four evaluations run from $5,000 to $200,000 with no time limit and no consistency rule to pass. 1 Step has an 8% target, a 7% static drawdown and 1:100 forex leverage. 1 Step Pro asks for 10% with a 10% static drawdown and 1:30 leverage. 2 Step Fast has two 6% phases, an 8% drawdown and a 4% daily limit. 2 Step Squad has 8% and 6% phases, a 12% drawdown and a 5% daily limit. The 1 Step plans keep a 3% daily limit and need 3 trading days of at least 0.5% profit; the 2 Step plans need 5 such days per phase.
Each evaluation leads to a funded stage with an 80% split (100% with an add-on). 1 Step Pro funded is the outlier: daily payouts, a daily payout cap of 2% of the initial balance and a 6% static drawdown instead of the 10% used in the evaluation. The other funded stages pay every 14 days, and a paid add-on shortens the cycle (Rewards on Demand or Weekly Rewards on 1 Step, Weekly Rewards on the 2 Step plans).
03Trading Rules Analysis
The daily drawdown resets at 12:00 AM UTC and is measured from the higher of balance or equity at that moment. A trading day counts when a trade is placed in the 24 hours from 12:00 AM UTC and the day makes at least 0.5% profit on the initial balance. An account with no trading activity for 21 consecutive calendar days is breached, counted from the day of purchase.
Each family has its own floating-loss rule on the combined open loss. Instant Lite and Instant Pro close the account at -1.5% of the initial balance for accounts bought from 31 August 2026, 12:00 PM UK time; Instant Rapid closes it at -1%. Instant Flex uses 1%: the first trigger closes positions and cuts the split to 30%, the second breaches the account. On the funded stages of the evaluations the limit is 1.5%: the first violation cuts the split to 40% and the second closes the account.
Expert Advisors are allowed, while High-Frequency Trading and Gold Arbitrage EAs are not. Hedging and martingale are prohibited, as are 3 or more open positions on the same asset and more than 70% of available margin in use. VPN and VPS usage is not allowed. Trades must be held for 2 minutes, and an add-on lifts that rule on accounts up to $10,000 (not on Instant Flex).
News: evaluation phases have no restricted window, the funded evaluation stages bar new trades 4 minutes before and after an event, Instant Lite and Instant Pro 5 minutes either side, and holding trades through news is allowed on the evaluations and on Instant Lite and Instant Pro. Weekend holding is allowed on 1 Step, both 2 Step plans and 1 Step Pro Phase 1; 1 Step Pro funded and Instant Lite, Pro and Flex need the weekend add-on, and Instant Rapid does not allow it.
04Payout Process
Reward requests are submitted from the dashboard on weekdays and processed within 24 to 72 business hours. After the Risk Review and approval, the payment goes to the trader's Rise account or crypto wallet within 12 hours. Under the payout delay compensation policy, an approved payout not processed within those 12 hours earns an extra $1,000 bonus when the delay was caused by FundedSquad.
The method follows the amount: payouts below $300 go out by crypto only and payouts above $300 by Rise only. A $30 fee applies to every Rise payout and a fee between $5 and $12 to every crypto payout. Payout details must be registered in the trader's own name; an address that matches one tied to another FundedSquad account counts as a violation of the payout requirements, whoever owns that account.
Eligibility depends on the plan. Instant Lite and Instant Pro ask for 5 trading days before the first payout, Instant Flex 4, Instant Rapid 1, 1 Step funded 3, 1 Step Pro funded 1 and 2 Step funded 5; each day needs 0.5% profit on the initial balance and days need not be consecutive. The minimum payout is $100, and $12.50 on Instant Rapid. Instant Lite and Instant Flex pay on demand (Flex states a 4% maximum per payout), Instant Pro every 5 days, Instant Rapid and 1 Step Pro funded every day, the other funded stages every 14 days. No plan sets a consistency rule on payouts.
Veriff identity checks come after the first payout request on Instant accounts and before the funded account on evaluations. Every 3 months, challenge accounts from $100,000 with absolute drawdown (2 Step Squad among them) earn a 50% balance increase after 10% profit and 2 profitable months out of 3.
05True Cost Analysis
Every plan is a one-time USD fee, identical on MT5, Match Trader and cTrader. Instant Lite and Instant Flex share one ladder: $69 at $2,500, $219 at $10,000, $479 at $25,000, $1,299 at $100,000 and $2,399 at $200,000. Instant Pro costs $109 at $2,500 and $2,399 at $100,000. Instant Rapid costs $99 at $2,500 and $609 at $20,000.
The evaluations start at $5,000: 1 Step $89 (then $1,299 at $200,000), 1 Step Pro $129 ($2,099 at $200,000), and 2 Step Fast and 2 Step Squad $79 ($1,199 at $200,000). Add-ons are chosen at checkout, among them 100% Reward Split, Weekly Rewards, Rewards on Demand, Weekend Holding and Remove 2-Minute Rule, depending on the plan.
Beyond the fee, trading carries a commission of $7 per lot on forex and metals and none on indices, crypto or commodities. Payouts carry a $30 fee on Rise and $5 to $12 on crypto. Each eligible evaluation account bought on or after 23 July 2026 includes one free Retry at the same size, and add-ons bought with the original account do not carry over to it.
06Who Should Use FundedSquad?
A trader who wants an account funded on day one chooses between four Instant plans by payout rhythm and drawdown shape: Lite pays on demand with a trailing 6% drawdown, Pro every 5 days on a static 6%, Flex on demand on a static 5%, and Rapid daily on accounts of $2,500 to $20,000 with a $12.50 minimum.
A trader who prefers a profit target can look at the four evaluations, none with a time limit. 2 Step Squad has the widest limits (12% overall, 5% daily), 1 Step Pro a 10% drawdown with daily payouts once funded, and 1 Step a single 8% phase.
Automated traders can run Expert Advisors that stay clear of High-Frequency Trading and Gold Arbitrage logic, on MT5, Match Trader or cTrader at the same price. Traders who close trades quickly should note the 2-minute minimum holding time. The firm lists restrictions by country, so confirm your residence on its restrictions page first: the help center names Iran, Syria, Myanmar and North Korea, and the risk disclosure also says the services are not intended for US residents.
07Alternatives
Instant Funding is the nearest match on structure: it also sells accounts without an evaluation and lists the same three platforms (MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader). On propfirmkey its entry price is $25, its split reaches 95% and its maximum allocation is $940,000, alongside FundedSquad's $69 entry price, 70% to 80% standard splits and $800K combined.
Funding Pips lists the same three platforms, entry prices from $29, a split up to 100% and a maximum allocation of $2,000,000. FundedSquad's own angle is the breadth of its list: four Instant plans, four evaluations, and a daily-payout Instant Rapid for small accounts.
Blue Guardian lists MT5, MatchTrader and TradeLocker, from $27, up to 90% and $2,000,000, across instant, 1-step, 2-step and 3-step products. TradeLocker users will find it there, while FundedSquad offers cTrader next to MT5 and Match Trader.
